Saddle Up Events
To kick off the new year, Saddle Up Boonah will be running two distinct Australian Stockman's Challenge Association affiliated series in 2026:

Super Utility
Saddle Up Boonah's Super Utility is an ASCA-affiliated utility challenge and a fast-growing discipline in Australia.
Building on the traditional utility phase familiar to many Stockman’s Challenge competitors, Super Utility takes the same foundations of horsemanship and control and adds a more energetic, engaging format. Courses are designed to flow, with creative obstacles that make the event fun, varied and exciting to ride.
Super Utility can be compared to Cowboy Racing in the USA, but with a distinctly Australian feel - practical, approachable, and designed to showcase the partnership between horse and rider.

Stockman's Challenge
Saddle Up Boonah's Stockman’s Challenge series will offer a traditional, ASCA-sanctioned Stockman’s Challenge format, designed for riders looking to test their skills across multiple phases of competition. This series will focus on well-rounded horsemanship, stock work, and the all-round ability of horse and rider.
